When you appoint us, we complete an Exclusive Sales Authority — the standard agreement that lets us act for you. There are no surprises in it; here's what each part means. We'll bring the formal document to the appraisal and walk through it together before you sign anything.

Nothing is locked in today. This kit is for your information. We complete the authority together, in person, only once you're completely comfortable. The formal agreement is prepared for your appointment.
