Your Agency Agreement, Explained
When you appoint us, we complete an Exclusive Sales Authority — the standard agreement that lets us act for you. There are no surprises in it; here's what each part means. We'll bring the formal document to the appraisal and walk through it together before you sign anything.

How we'll sell (private treaty, auction or off-market) and the agreed asking/reserve price or range.
The exclusive period we act for you (commonly 60–90 days), agreed with you up front.
